Meet the Team

With over 30 years in the AV industry, I have seen it all. Since joining Entertainment Arts Inc. in 1997 after graduating from Full Sail, I’ve held nearly every position imaginable—rising to lead the company as owner in 2020. My journey is proof of what’s possible when passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence come together. I used to bowl in a league and once had a perfect game going into the 10th frame, only to choke on the last ball and score a 299—so close, yet so far!

My AV journey began with running audio for my father’s church in Pensacola. After years of grinding away on analogue knobs, I graduated with an A.S. in Music Production. Eventually, I found my way to Entertainment Arts—a place I’m proud to call home. With over ten years of experience, I specialize in project management and Vectorworks, and I’ve had the joy of serving as the Production Department Manager since 2015.

Caleb Dugan

I worked for a law firm for 23 years before becoming a stay-at-home mom to my two teenage sons. Both of my boys were involved in band, so I jumped right in and became the volunteer coordinator for our local high school band to stay present and involved with them. In 2015, I joined Entertainment Arts as the Office Manager, where I keep everything running smoothly.

Donna Conerly

I began my professional journey in 2006 as a freelance stagehand. Over the years, I have progressed through various roles, including Team Lead and A2, and have been part of the Entertainment Arts team since 2010. Currently, I serve as the Integration Team Lead, managing multiple team members. Fun fact: my favorite band is Dave Matthews Band.

I entered the field in 2014 as a Theatre Audio Technician and graduated with an A.S. in Music Production. I specialize in system design for audio, video, and lighting, as well as the rapid triage of complex issues. I also have over 40 roller coaster credits to my name—and the list continues to grow!

Chloe Sills

I began my career in music by mixing audio at my church, eventually turning it into a full-time endeavor. After 19 years, I still actively contribute as the media director at my local church. In my free time, I’m an avid motorsports enthusiast and try to attend every race I can. I also have a unique talent: I can only play one song on the piano, and it’s the same song every time!

Blaine Shelton

I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration and found my way into the AV industry. I’ve been in the field for four years now, specializing in video and LED walls. A fun fact about me: I have a personal best throw of 204 feet in the hammer throw.

I got my start in the industry at an early age, getting involved with local bands and volunteering on tech teams for churches and local events. I continued learning through hands-on training as well as traditional education, recently earning a Master’s in Global Business Strategy. I handle Vectorworks projects on the install side and assist in design and planning. I’ve been in the industry for 18 years.

I started in the industry by volunteering at my church and getting involved in my school’s theatre. I’ve now been working professionally in lighting for about three years. A fun fact about me: I’m a Dr. Pepper connoisseur!
