OBJECTIVES
The Southern Union Conference required a full-service AV solution for their Pastor’s Conference, which hosted 2,500 attendees in 2024.
The goal was to ensure flawless video production, audio clarity, and support for presenters during their teaching sessions. The client requested two IMAG (Image Magnification) screens, recording and backup recording of the sessions, as well as technical assistance to ensure a smooth and professional experience for the presenters.
CHALLENGES
Create an efficient and double redundant method of recording 3 days of content that would be easily editable for the client.
Create a visually interesting lighting design that accentuated their scenic design, worship sessions, and prayer sessions.
Assist the presenters and resolve their technical issues regarding their presentations.
